In 2009 Phil's interests, particularly in the design of sustainable small scale projects, work on historic buildings and a desire to work more closely with individual end user clients, led him to set up his own practice and concentrate on 'hands on' design and project management. Since then he has completed more than 60 projects for private, community and commercial clients.
