As a RAD trained ballet dancer, I first started teaching ballet to children when I was sixteen years old, and have been teaching dancing, fitness classes and yoga in some form or another since then. In fact, the classes have been running at Coronation Hall since 1995!
Her teachings aim is to invite each student to recognise and honour the beauty of their unique individuality and to creatively empower every one to discover their personal yoga path to complete holistic well being.
Charlotte started practising yoga when she was pregnant with her son eighteen years ago and took up a regular practise in 2004 after the birth of her daughter. In 2009 Charlotte trained with ‘YogaBugs’ the UK’s leading provider of yoga for children and bought a franchise taking yoga into schools, children’s centres and nurseries in and around the Oundle and Peterborough area.
