Just Yoga is located in the heart of Worthing, a stone's throw from the beach and the Pier. The yoga centre was opened in June 1993 with Iyengar® Yoga specifically in mind. This original vision has now grown and we offer classes everyday that run throughout the year.
I have been practising yoga since 1994 coming to it originally as a form of therapeutic exercise and for relaxation. Quite quickly I realised the benefits of Yoga were amazing. I felt more at ease in my body and my mind and my life was easier to manage.
