Elsa began practising yoga 12 years ago to relieve the stress of working in a high pressure corporate environment in London. Following her first class she was 'hooked' and has practised regularly ever since with a variety of teachers. Her love for yoga and awareness of its benefits has grown and developed along with her own regular practice.
I am Belinda and have been offering a range of hatha yoga classes in the Leamington area for over 20 years. My sessions are informal and beginners are welcome and can join in at any time.
Based in Worcestershire, our practice is centrally located at the top end of Evesham High Street, with easy access on foot or by car. We have our own private car park at the rear of the building and we are also close to the railway station.
