I am a UKCP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist working mainly in Stroud, Gloucestershire, with over 30 years experience in private practice and health & social care settings. My approach is informed by humanistic, psychoanalytic, and existential theory and practice, and I work from the basis that most personal difficulties arise in the context of relationships, both past and present, and that it is by exploring these difficulties through the medium of the relationship with the therapist that resolution, healing and growth may occur.
