We all deserve to take some time out from our busy day, to check in with ourselves, to find some mental space away from distraction and discover the wonders of our breath. The changing colours of Autumn are one of my favourite sights. Each tree paints a story of natures transition, as old drying leaves fall to the ground, the tree lets go of what was to make way for what will be. Autumn represents a time to let go of anything that does not serve you, so that you have the energy to focus on what is here for you now in the present. In our Autumn Yoga practise there is a focus on breath and postures that stimulate the energy lines for the lungs and large intestine.
