I’m Luke, a Mac professional and a qualified teacher. I have previously worked for Apple for 5 years at the genius bar and as a trainer. Having always been frustrated in the past by IT support technicians always ‘doing it for you’, I knew that we need a more Apple approach to tech support. Most appointments are handled by myself, but as my business has grown we have become a small team of enthusiastic technical professionals with experience across many sectors to support anyone from absolute beginners, to media professionals and business users. At the start of each session we’ll chat with you about your goals and what needs to be achieved, then we’ll put together a plan to decide what we’ll be able to complete during the session.
