I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and gained my BWY level 4 Diploma. I am now concentrating on teaching adults, because I love working with people to help them improve not only their strength and flexibility, but also their attitude to life through our classes together. Yoga is an ancient discipline that has been passed down over thousands of years. The benefit of coming to a class is that we can share energy, experience, warmth and humour together. Something you won’t get from a book or a DVD. Practising yoga regularly will help you to improve your flexibility and strength and reduce your stress levels. I teach yoga classes in Lincoln.
