Florence’s teaching emphasizes finding safe alignment and offering options for every ability, from people who have never stepped on a yoga mat before to experienced practitioners. Flexibility may come through the journey of this practice but is absolutely NOT a requirement to attend! Yoga helped me to rediscover a safe space within myself. Finding stillness through yoga has been hugely influential in helping me to cope with symptoms of anxiety and depression. Yoga reminds me to live mindfully and to appreciate my body and everyday life in an entirely new light.â€
