I studied with Ruth White at her Karuna Yoga School and have been a fully qualified teacher since 2013. Ruth’s training is Iyengar inspired and she was taught by BKS Iyengar himself. I practice meditation having studied Vipassana and mindfulness meditation. I like to swim and walk, as well as attend yoga classes and workshops with other teachers. My classes enable you to build strength and flexibility, improve your posture and leave with a relaxed feeling of wellbeing.
