Naomi started teaching Yoga in 2008 and founded Yogababe in 2010. She initially trained for 3 years (500 hours) with the British Wheel of Yoga when she was pregnant and with young children. Naturally she adapted her Yoga style for Conception, Pregnancy, Birth and the Postnatal period: she found Womb and Yin Yoga has helped her maintain equilibrium. Naomi was introduced to Yoga as a child through her mother - also a Yoga teacher - demonstrating youthful flexibility in her mother's workshops . It was not until her early twenties that she took up a random Yoga class in London in her lunch break, then she was hooked.
