By taking the ‘long view’ of the training and career development of both drivers and managers, Wttl is able to bring together the needs and aspirations of all parties and provide tuition that can be tailored to individual requirements as well as meeting all the demands of Government and the corporate logistics environment. As an example, Wttl can take a young candidate through a logistics apprenticeship to first become a competent, licensed driver and then continue to meet further training needs through a career pathway in the transport sector. Based in the South West, courses can be carried out at our fully equipped Training Centre in Devizes, a great central location for learners from Newbury, Swindon, Chippenham, Bath and Salisbury or at a client's own premises depending on the course being taken and the client's own needs.
