Wren Letting offer 4 standard levels of service and each package is designed to meet the different needs of our Landlord clients. Wren can also arrange a bespoke package that meets the specific needs of an individual Landlord. If you would like a bespoke service, please do ask a member of the team! If you are a business or have a portfolio, we can help you too. We currently manage a number of large portfolios for a range of Landlords. We will find you a Tenant(s), carry out comprehensive referencing (if requested and required) and initialise the Tenancy on your behalf. We can also introduce the following additional services: Property building/contents insurance policies Our fee for the Bronze service is £425.00 inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Please note that this does not include comprehensive referencing. If you require this service our referencing partner will undertake checks that include Employer, Landlord, Company & Credit and the fee per applicant is £30.00 inc VAT.
