Not one to draw attention to myself, I prefer to work quietly behind the camera. That said, it’s worth letting you know a bit about me…after all, I’m going to get to know you! Although my style has changed over the years, becoming increasingly organic and simplistic, my approach has stayed the same. I strive to make authentic, emotive images. I’m not looking for cheese faces and technical perfection with no emotion. I’m looking for the person, the family and the connections they have with each other. I have a small studio in my home in Montrose. It’s flooded with beautiful natural light and perfect for newborn and baby photograph. It’s also equipped with professional lighting and suitable for fine art portraiture. I also love to work outdoors and recommend outdoor sessions for older children and families.
