If the hardware is beyond repair, we will advise on what equipment you will need to purchase. We can also reconfigure any software that appears to be 'misbehaving'. To access services for troubleshooting and repairs, you can either drop off your computer equipment by arrangement or schedule a home visit/business call out. For established clients, WD Computer Services offer a remote control troubleshooting service, provided your computer can still access the Internet.
