Deeply rooted in Buddhist tradition, Thai Yoga Massage is as much meditation & loving kindness in action as it is a highly efficient therapy for body & mind. The therapist uses her thumbs, palms, elbows, knees & feet to apply acupressure, rhythmic rocking & gentle yoga stretches, which relaxes the physical body, releases blocked energy & restores mind-body balance. TYM is traditionally carried out on a futon on the floor with the client dressed in light comfortable clothing. A session lasts between 90 mins - 120 mins, however if you are a little short on time we can also offer a session of 60 mins.
