In February 2007, Underhills opened its second office, in Cowick Street, to look after its increasing client base in the western reaches of the city. Underhills is now the only independent estate agent to have two city offices. The company has had representation in Dawlish since 2007, and in January 2017 switched its operation to a hybrid model of local staff working via the Central Offices in Exeter. This means the company is now able to offer a top quality service across the whole of South Devon, with meeting space available by appointment in Dawlish. The senior manager of the company have over fifty years´ experience in Residential Sales, Lettings, and Real Estate investment, in Exeter and beyond.
