Our salon holds the 'LCGI' (licentiateship of the City and Guilds Institute) A level 4 award recognised at the level of master craftsman in Europe. We also attend many grooming shows and seminars to keep us up to date with the grooming world and things that change also to keep our high standard of knowledge. At the Tunbridge Wells Grooming Centre we take a great deal of pride in our work. We groom to a high standard that ourselves and our customers are happy with. We treat every dog as an individual, giving them the dignity and respect that they deserve. If your dog is unhappy with a grooming experience, we will endeavour to make their visit to the grooming centre as pleasurable as we can, aiming to help your dog overcome any fears or phobias he/she may have with grooming or being handled. If your dog feels confident with his/her groomer, and the groomer is confident there is no reason why your dog shouldn’t have a happy grooming life ahead. We are happy for owners to stay whilst their pets are being groomed, and will answer any questions that you may have. We are able to advice you on the best grooming equipment that is needed for your pet and we are also happy to show you techniques if required.
