After 18 years at the helm, Paul Furness, one of the original management team, retired on 15th August 2017, leaving the business in the hands of Mike Cunningham, a technical consultant with 20 years experience in an IT role, and Angela Jones, formerly from a customer facing role in the property industry. Angela brings a philosophy of exceptional customer service, always looking to exceed our clients requirements and expectations. From the point of your initial enquiry, through to the delivery of your training, we endeavour to make the whole process as efficient and straightforward as possible. Despite the change in ownership, Training 26 have retained the services of all of the training team to ensure both continuity and also keeping the same level of professionalism and expertise in all subject matters. As part of what we would like to achieve, Training 26 are currently looking into expanding the range of courses we offer, and creating new, progressive course bundles to help you achieve the continuous improvement plans for your staff.
