Having toured many thousands of miles and ridden the UK’s End to End, Mick Holliday the Cytech qualified owner of Towcester Cycle Servicing, is more than happy to give practical advice to those embarking on a long challenge or charity ride. After completing his engineering apprenticeship in Northampton, Mick Holliday went on to work in varoius industries. These included earth moving, road haulage and air conditioning. A number of years were also spent managing a distribution warehouse. As someone who has competed in both 12 and 24 hour time trials and ridden up to 600 km Audax events he is only too aware of the importance of a reliable and efficient cycle. An experienced tandem rider, both touring and racing, and a dedicated cycle commuter he has dealt with and maintained a wide range of cycles.
