Since 2008 I have forged close links and with statutory health services including health visitors, midwives, Sure Start and Children’s Services. I also work with corporate clients to provide therapies to help combat stress in the workplace. Top to Toe Massage is based in the Norfolk market town of Dereham where treatments and classes are given in my own purpose built treatment room that provides a calm and relaxing environment. Top to Toe Massage is run by Zoë Flint, who retrained as an complementary therapist after years working in a stressful corporate environment. Like many in her situation she turned to complementary therapies such as Indian Head Massage to help her relax and relieve stress. Her change of career began, when under the threat of reorganisation and redundancies her company gave its staff grants to help them retrain. As she had always enjoyed her treatments Zoë opted for an Indian Head Massage Course — which she found both enjoyable and rewarding and which set her on a path to a whole new life.
