The Flower Consultant was launched in 2009 in the West Devon area by Julie Carter, an experienced florist and designer, who was frustrated at not being able to give her clients the personal service and individuality she felt they deserved. We are situated on the northern edge of Dartmoor in the beautiful market town of Okehampton, just off the main high street in St James street.
