Dance - probably the most natural and accessible leisure form available! Whether you are young or old, rich or poor, dance is easily within reach. Emphasis was on top quality music, using state of the art studio quality sound systems, the latest club lighting, full air conditioning, a Licensed Bar, and friendly and efficient staff. The aim was to bring dance in Chelmsford into the 90s and beyond, dispelling the old "Bouffant hair-do and sequin" image, and into a high-tech relaxed and casual future, whilst still maintaining a high level of technical excellence. Dance forms taught by Chelmsford Dance Centre are Ballroom, Latin American, Hip Hop, Street, Rock & Roll, Salsa, and more! Pupils range from complete beginners with two (or sometimes even three) left feet, to medallists, competition dancers, and right through to training other local professional dance teachers.
