We have staff who work from four basic shift patterns, and on-call nurses and vets to give us a broad spread of availability. Our staff work 8 hour shifts, so they are always focused and fresh. We know we need to provide good advice to help our clients make the right choices. Our shift patterns allow for training during the day so that we know we make the best efforts for our team to be up-to-date and knowledgable, whether it is a vet, a nurse, or a receptionist. All of our staff are fully qualified in their disciplines, with extensive experience to draw upon.
