Guaranteed fix or replacement equipment on all fault calls, including restoration of data when available and comprehensive technical support Pro-Active Services - Preventative maintenance including Anti-Virus checking at least once a year, cleaning and replacement of worn parts, regular meetings to track persistent faults and flexible arrangements for new or disposed equipment.
