I am the Managing Director of TaschMar Holistic Health, founded during 1993 in South Africa; now based in the UK. I specialise in a range of treatments designed to meet your healthcare needs. I head the Nutritional Therapy Science Access Course (NTSAC) and lead year one of the Nutrition Therapy Diploma Course (NTDC), at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION). I write articles for Healthcare Publications and host my own Radio Show called Health Naturally (see Health Naturally page). As a senior academic and researcher, I have an interest in health, obesity interventions, pain management, mental well-being and healthy ageing. To consolidate this interest, I am currently completing Doctoral studies for registration as a Health Psychologist. My goal is to continue to develop and improve effective treatments and interventions that are evidence-based and have impact for my clients.
