Clients are mainly medium and large private, public, and not-for-profit organisations across a wide range of sectors. Small companies have used Sterling to benefit from well considered use of the practices and thinking usually associated with larger organisations. Sterling’s approach is collaborative and participative whenever that is appropriate, actively encouraging skills transfer. Experience has shown that clients’ issues are particular to their own business. Sterling does not subscribe to using rigid methodologies or a one-size-fits-all approach.
