The Principal Kathryn Burridge MIDTA, Freestyle Teaching Diploma, BBO Advance Tap, BBO Elementary Ballet, Key Stage 1-4 General Dance, NVQ D32/D33, Persil Fun Fit Key Stage Awards, British Amateur Gymnastic Awards, 7307 Teaching Certificate, Certificate in Education, Educational Professional Award. From the age of 14 Kathryn, Stephanie’s daughter helped run the dancing school and in October 1998 took sole charge. Kathryn gained her letters in Ballet and Tap with the British Ballet Organization in 1973. She qualified as a teacher with the International Dance Teachers Association, in June 1975, being at the time the youngest qualified teacher in the North West. From 1980 until 2002 Kathryn taught for both Accrington and Rosendale College and Burnley College, teaching music and movement to the elderly and people with special needs including Wheelchair Dancing, She also taught in the Adult Education Department teaching Adult Ballet, Tap and Riverdance.
