Formed in 1998 by Andrew Stace and joined shortly afterwards by his Brother and Partner, Greg Stace. Andrew & Greg had come from a roofing background, their Father and Uncles were both involved in the trade and Andrew & Greg have been climbing around on roofs since the age of 13 when they used to help out during school holidays and weekends. Andrew went on to begin work at 16 as an Apprentice for Sydall’s Roofing in Grantham, and was further developed by Mark and Steve Davies of Melton Mowbray. A role in the offices of Ladderbridge Roofing of Loughborough, enabled Andrew to be trained in Roofing Surveying & Estimating, and given an introduction to contracts management, helping with the running of 30 roofing teams all over the Midlands.
