We started using Xero in 2011, after being introduced to it by one of our clients. We immediatly realised its huge potential and identified how this could help us along with our clients that were still using desktop software or spreadsheets. We soon became certified advisors. By using Xero, we have enabled ourselves to be even more efficient. more pro-active and still have the ability to be flexible when needed. We have clients up and down the country – We even worked for a company in the US as a consultant in their Xero set up. We provide the majority of our services online with the use of DropBox, Google Docs, screen sharing software and more. By doing this, we have increased productivity, reduced our costs which in turn reduced our fees – A win -win situation!
