In 1995, Chris Spencer joined his Brother, bringing complimentary Building Surveying services to the company. Our Architects have experience with a wide range of jobs from refurbishment and regeneration to new builds. We have particular expertise in negotiating tricky planning permissions and dealing with Listed Buildings. Our Building Surveying division has extensive skills dealing mainly with dilapidations negotiations and party wall procedures through to repairs, refurbishment and alteration of both commercial and residential properties.
