Twelve months later I saw the opportunity to buy my own premises, which offered retailing, and living accommodation above. Off to auction. Not only did I manage to purchase the property, but also at the auction were the film crew for the BBC’s TV series Homes under the Hammer. We opened our doors in November 2009, and have battled through some tough trading years, but as the property is mortgage free and the business rates being lower just off the high street, we have been able to offer great prices all year round. Our furniture store in Warminster now carry sofa ranges from across the globe. Sofas handmade in the UK, Europe and of course South Africa. All chosen for their unique qualities.
