With many years of experience in event catering we decided to start our own family business. Starting with a single hog roast machine and a limited menu we slowly noticed our business grow through repetitive business and customer referrals. Fast forward over four years and you will find the business as it is today: with an excess of four hog roast machines as well as BBQ’s, paella pans, range ovens and much more, numerous qualified and trained staff and a wider range of variation in our menus including BBQs, Paella Pans, Moroccan Spiced Lamb, Nepalese Curry, Fish & Chip Suppers. No event is too large or too small; we can cater for large events with a few thousand in attendance down to groups as small as 20 people. We employ fully qualified and trained chefs and have a full uniformed team of staff. We hold yearly training courses and refreshers so our staff operate in the same professional manner and image clothing is supplied so they are presentable in attire throughout your event.
