Founded in Sidmouth in 1882, Skinner Construction is one of the largest builders in Devon with a directly employed staff of over 50. Skinner Construction’s clients include local public sector and commercial clients or private individuals – accessing a range of services from contracts and small works through to joinery, plumbing and heating and maintenance.
