Our team of professionals is headed by owner/chef pâtissière Kaushik. Kaushik has a wealth of experience working as a development chef, an executive pastry chef for the retail industry, 5 star hotels, fine dining and experience on board some of the worlds most luxurious cruise liners. It’s with this experience and expertise that we can confidently say that we are able to create, design and deliver a truly wonderful dessert and offer a professional and personalised service. We go the extra mile – Couples are invited to our kitchens in the Forest of Dean to design to sample and select the desserts for their big day.
