In 2002, Ian Picknett became the Senior Partner joined by David Hodgson and Nigel Peacock - and with a dedicated and committed staff In 2007, SP&Architects merged with Edwin Trotter Architects which brought substantial experience of the social housing sector to the practice, in particular involvement with Lifetime Homes and Extra Care Housing. The provision of architectural services represents the core activity provided by SP&Architects with involvement in projects ranging from simple planning applications to the production of full working drawings and site inspections. We also offer CDM Coordinator and Project Management services, together with computer visualisation. Through contact with other professionals, a full construction advice service including architectural, engineering and cost management advice can be provided.
