My classes follow a traditional style of Hatha and Raja Yoga which focus on the physical postures for flexibility and strength but also the spiritual and philosophical foundations of yoga. I use a variety of breathing practices which will encourage you to breathe more effectively, but at the same time will help with your concentration and give you a sense of relaxation. My sessions have a strong focus on learning meditation or concentration practices which can help you to focus and to maintain a sense of calm in everyday life.
