School of Sign Language Ltd was set up in 2006 by Debra Reynolds. With a mission to raise awareness of the deaf community by making BSL courses available for everyone within Lancashire. With the dedication and determination to make this mission a reality Debra has been recognised for her efforts and received mountains of attention from the local and national media. Debra Reynolds the director of School of Sign Language Ltd got invited to join the This Morning show on ITV to talk about her experience of realising she had a hearing impairment, the deaf community, their struggles and how everyone can work towards banishing the stigmas around such disabilities. Also featured is a clip of the Creature Comforts episode which we did a voice over for to help raise deaf awareness in partnership with Leonard Chesire Disability.
