Over the years I have trained many clients with injuries and medical conditions and have seen the difference personal fitness can make to people's lives. I have also set up and delivered a personal fitness programme within the NHS Mental Health sector so have also seen the psychological benefits of exercise alongside physiological benefits. In an ever changing industry I endeavour to keep up with the changes by regulary attending courses, conventions and seminars. The equipment I have includes a treadmill, a keiser spin bike, a compact cable machine, free weights, dumbbells, step, T bow, bosu, large stretching mat and yoga mats. Pads and gloves for boxing. Heart rate monitor for assessments and to monitor client during sessions.
