In 1994, on a snowy morning in February a new private clinic opened its doors in Salisbury. With two physios and one dream. On that day, two patients attended and received treatment, whilst the other waited hopefully by the telephone waiting for it to ring! For physios, Jenny Mears and Juliet Rogers, the opening of the Sarum Physiotherapy Centre, fulfilled their long-held ambition of running their own practice. Having met one another at Moonrakers,†the local squash club and encouraged by several of the clubs members who longed for a good physiotherapy and sports injuries clinic in Salisbury. They found the site on Devizes Road. Izzy Howse was the next to join the happy band, Izzy a physio and old colleague of Jenny’s is still here more than twenty years on. Georgie Duff and Colin Campbell followed and have been with the Sarum team for over ten years!
