Saltash Dental Surgery has three dentists who all qualified from English Dental Universities. All our staff keep up-to-date with their continued professional development by attending courses and lectures. Anthony Coelho and Catherine Bigwood are well known in Saltash as gentle, trustworthy and experienced dentists who promote a friendly and caring attitude. They each have over 25 years clinical experience behind them. Anthony Coelho has been a member of the Cornwall Local Dental Committee for over 12 years and is approved as a trainer for dental nurses from the University of Plymouth. He also works as a clinical supervisor and facilitator at the Peninsula Dental School in Plymouth. Catherine Bigwood also works at the Peninsula Dental School in Plymouth, where she is involved in the teaching of the dental students. Her role involves being at the forefront of dental education and managing the fourth year there. She has also recently gained a Masters in Clinical Education and is a Senior Fellow of The Higher Education Academy.
