We provide quality care whilst being approachable, helpful and understanding. Our own veterinary surgeons provide 24 hours vet care ensuring your pet sees one of our vets day or night. We always listen carefully and believe strongly in your right to choose what is best for both you and your pet. We can advise you of the nature and costs involved in any investigations & treatments. David is our principal veterinary surgeon who works alongside a team of four vets and three nurses. Together we are small enough for continuity to be assured. We are able to offer a degree of specialisations and unusual/complex cases are discussed amongst the team in house. If your pet has an unusual requirement or is very severely injured or critically ill, we will always consider and advise on whether a referral to a specialist centre could be beneficial. You will always find us to be open and straightforward about the nature of an injury or illness and as far as possible the likely outcome.
