Rowan Tree Consulting’s Director Helen Smith was formerly a member of the Highland Council’s Cultural and Leisure Services and Economic Development management teams and has extensive practical experience of managing and developing projects relating to tourism, heritage and economic development in the Highlands. She is a member of the Institution of Economic Development and the Association for Heritage Interpretation. An Honours Languages graduate, Helen also has a Post-graduate Diploma in Accounting, a Post-graduate Certificate in Interpretation Management and Practice, and a Certificate in Scottish Archaeology. Rowan Tree Consulting is delighted to welcome Director Dorothy Low as of August 2016. Dorothy was formerly the Highland Council's Projects and Archaeology Manager and has extensive practical experience of managing and developing projects to promote and conserve the historic and natural environment of the Highland area, working extensively with community groups. Dorothy also has a wealth of experience in the field of public sector Procurement, and is a Member of the Chartered Institiute of Purchasing and Supply, having previously also gained an Honours degree in Archaeology and MSc with Distinction in Project Management.
