If you book Roach’s Roaster for your event, you can expect a hog roast so tasty that your guests won’t be able to resist asking for second helpings. Our pork is sourced from a local farmer in Marbury, Cheshire and we take great care over the preparation of our meat. We cook each hog in a specially-designed oven at our farm for around 11 hours, checking the meat and its temperature every hour. We also score the pigs and rub them in salt and olive oil, so you will enjoy the tastiest crackling and most tender meat. Our hog roasts are the most popular choice among our customers, but we also offer ham, turkey and beef. Pick just one or a combination of meats – it’s up to you.
