RJT's founder, Rowan Tully, started cleaning windows in 2001 at 19 years of age. Since then he has gained over 13 years experience of all window cleaning techniques and different access arrangements. Beginning as a specialist access window and building cleaner, using cherry pickers, rope access (abseiling) along with water fed pole systems to clean windows for commercial contracts, he then went on to work with a traditional window cleaner for two years, learning the art of cleaning residential windows by hand. On moving to Whitstable in 2009, Rowan established RJT Window Cleaning, spending the next few years building the business and, in 2013, hired and trained his first full time member of staff, Dean Brabon. In January 2016, Rowan franchised the business for the first time, with Dean becoming our first Franchisee.
