He was first appointed as District photographer for The Northern Echo and then later promoted to Chief, organising a department of eight photographers. He has been named as North East Photographer of the Year on three occasions and been runner-up another three times, as well as been highly commended in the prestigious Nikon Awards. His business now is to create exciting images which stand out in this user generator age for Press, PR and Commercial use.
