I founded Relax Therapies in June 2015 after a lifelong interest in complementary therapies. I am a professionally qualified and insured therapist meaning you can trust me to provide safe and effective treatment. I’m also registered with the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) which means I commit to undertake regular training to refresh and update my skills. Plastic usage is kept to a minimum, for example we offer clients water in glasses which are washed and reused instead of disposable cups.
