The Red Raspberry Catering Company was established in 2002 by Steve and Caroline Boorman. Steve attended the prestigious London Cordon Bleu catering college, and graduated with the Grand Diploma in Cuisine and Patisserie. Caroline is a self-taught patissier whose culinary skills, attention to detail and presentation are simply outstanding. Nearly all of our food is homemade using quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers where possible. Each client is uniquely important to us. We work closely with our customers to ensure every detail is correct. Our aim is to deliver customer satisfaction through high quality food, and top class service, at competitive and affordable prices. All events are catered for grand or small, from intimate dinner parties, to weddings and corporate events. We offer a free tasting and event planning service to give you the piece of mind that not only you’ll have great food, your day is organised to the finest details as well. Also, we can organise and co-ordinate other services for your event such as marquee hire, supply of crockery, cutlery, glassware and trained staff.
