Starting in 1967 Robert Hedges served a 5yr Appreticeship with the South Eastern Electricity Board. On completion of his apprenticeship Robert left Seeboard to join M & E Installations. Here he worked on many different projects including such places as - The Tower of London, The National Gallery, The Royal Mint and numerous London Hospitals. Two years later saw him join Radiolectric Services, a small family business based in Wimbledon Village. The work carried out was of a totally different nature comprising mainly of domestic installations and repairs. It was whilst working here that Robert started to see the possibility of working for himself. In 1976 Robert decided to start out on his own and slowly built up a valuable reputation as a trustworthy and competent electrician/engineer.
