Whatever event we cater for, from a finger buffet in a village hall in Kent to a cocktail party in a royal palace we use the same principle: we make food that people want to eat and our main concern is quality and taste. Our dishes are slightly rustic in style and we try to make the most of local, seasonal produce. Being based in Kent “The Garden of England”, we have access to some wonderful local suppliers. Our cooking is influenced by our travels, by trying new restaurants, and by keeping up to date with current trends and flavours. We have catered for many weddings in Kent and surrounding areas over the years, providing a variety of menus to suit some wonderful themes. From a “round the world” BBQ, to informal bangers & mash, to a “day at the seaside” we take ideas and come up with menus to suit. We can also provide a traditional three-course meal!
